The Cabinet Sub-Committee Chairman, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj and Information and Biotechnology Minister Priyank objected that the officials were not showing commitment in implementing the orders issued under Article 371 (J) of the Constitution of India in Kalyana Karnataka and instructed the officials to put aside their delaying attitude and get to work.

Priyank Kharge, Chairman of the Cabinet Sub-Committee, which was formed to review the progress of the implementation of the orders issued under Article 371 (J) of the Constitution of India to grant special status to the Kalyana Karnataka region, held a meeting with other members of the Cabinet Sub-Committee and discussed the pending cases in various departments and strictly instructed the officials to implement them at the earliest. The members of the Sampata Sub-Committee, Medical Education Minister Dr. Sharan Prakash Patil, Minor Irrigation Minister Bosaraju, and Municipal Administration Minister Rahim Khan, participated in the meeting.
The Cabinet Sub-Committee has already instructed the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms to publish a single seniority list for promotions instead of publishing the seniority list of Kalyana Karnataka and the remaining cadres separately, and accordingly, the Cabinet Sub-Committee has given clear instructions to the officers to take action to publish a single seniority list.
The seniority of the officers and employees of the ministry has been re-scheduled in accordance with the instructions given to prepare a fictitious seniority list with effect from April 21, 2014, the seniority of the assistant, senior assistant, branch officer, stenographer and personal assistant cadre officers/employees, informed the Cabinet Sub-Committee.
The CAG report warned the government that the cabinet sub-committee itself is illegal and cannot be done under Section 371J. It is nothing but a systematic conspiracy hatched to postpone the recruitments of Kalyan Karnataka and block the opportunities available to this section during the Corona period.Basavaraj jainapur social worker
Out of the 15,000 vacant posts of graduate primary school teachers in the Kalyan Karnataka region, the recruitment process has been carried out for 5000 posts and 4193 candidates have been finally selected, out of which 3837 candidates have been given appointment orders, said officials of the School Education and Literacy Department.
Some cases related to the recruitment process in various departments are before the court, and Minister Priyank Kharge directed that information about the nature of such cases, current status and steps that can be taken to resolve them be submitted to the Cabinet Sub-Committee within a week.
The Minister instructed to issue show cause notices to the officers who were absent from the meeting and took action against the officers who did not submit the compliance report.
