New Delhi, October 12:
Karnataka legislators Mr. Priya Krishna, Mr. Manjunath Bhandary, and Mr. Dinesh Guligowda arrived in the national capital to participate in the protest led by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi against the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process of electoral rolls.
The legislators were seen at Karnataka Bhavan, New Delhi, on October 12, ahead of the protest organised against the Election Commission’s SIR initiative.
The Congress leaders said that the protest aims to highlight concerns regarding the electoral roll revision process and to demand transparency and protection of voters’ democratic rights.
