Vijayapura, Nov. 5: Vijayapura district has secured the first position in Karnataka in the monthly performance evaluation conducted through the ‘Police IT Dashboard’ by the State Police Headquarters.
Under the guidance of Superintendent of Police Lakshman B. Nimbaragi, the Vijayapura District Police have achieved this remarkable feat by demonstrating excellence across various technology-driven policing initiatives.
The assessment was carried out based on 14 key performance parameters, including the effective use of technology, speedy disposal of cases, e-Beat system, e-Sakshya implementation, digital record management, and other policing services.
The achievement reflects the dedication, efficiency, and technological advancement of Vijayapura District Police personnel. The recognition stands as a milestone for the district police administration under the leadership of SP Lakshman B. Nimbaragi.
