Kotturu : Vijaynagar district A.K.S. Mallikarjuna of Ambali village, Taluk, has served as the best driver in the Hospet division of the Kalyan Karnataka Road Transport Corporation. He has served as the best driver in the Kudligi unit for the last 27 years. The organization and the district administration recognized his service and honored him with a silver medal and award on the stage at the 79th Independence Day celebration program held at the Vijayanagar College stadium on August 15.
In this program, he was honored by Vijayanagar District In-charge Minister Zameer Ahmed Khan, the District Collector, and all the officers of the Hospet division. Bus driver A.K.S. Mallikarjuna expressed his heartfelt congratulations.
