Setting aside the protocols of his high constitutional office, the Governor traveled from Bengaluru to attend the marriage ceremony of a Police Constable (Gunman) serving at Raj Bhavan. His presence at the wedding, held at the Police Community Hall in Mudhol, surprised and delighted the local public.
