Shivalingappa Kinnur unanimously elected as the National President of the Rashtriya Samaj Party

Belgaum: Shri Shivalingappa Kinnur has been unanimously elected as the National President of the Rashtriya Samaj Party. This important decision was taken at the National Convention of the Rashtriya Samaj Party held at the Krantiveer Sangolli Rayanna Museum in Nandagarh, Khanapur taluk, Belgaum district.

In the convention held under the chairmanship of party founder member Siddappa Akkisagar, the current National President Mahadev Janakar declared the completion of his term.

Later, Manoj Nigadkar proposed the name of senior party leader Shivalingappa Kinnur, which was approved by Balkrishna Lengre Mama. In this context, Shivalingappa Kinnur was unanimously declared as the National President.

Party office bearers and workers from various states of the country including founder president Mahadev Janakar, Balkrishna Lengre Mama, Kumar Sushil, Manoj Nigadkar, Shivalingappa Jogina were present during the election.

Many important policy resolutions including One Nation-One Education, Caste-Based Census, Free Health Service for All, Free Electricity for Farmers were adopted at the national convention.

Shivalingappa Kinnur, a resident of Kalaburagi district of Karnataka, is recognized as a senior leader of the Koli community. He contested as a Rashtriya Samaj Party candidate from Jewargi constituency in the 2023 Karnataka Assembly elections, becoming the oldest candidate to contest the election.

The participants in the convention expressed the opinion that with the selection of Shivalingappa Kinnur, the Rashtriya Samaj Party has given the Koli community a national leadership opportunity.
